I help start-ups to raise funds by accompanying them on the preparation of their operation, by bringing them a specialized expertise on the whole process of realization of an ICO and by sharing with them my network and partners on all aspects (legal, tax, regulation, KYC, marketing, investors ...)
I am also personally involved in the review of white paper to evaluate how blockchain technology is considered in the project as well as on the business model related to the token. I also challenge the form of the document to ensure its compliance with investor expectations. Indeed, I myself invested in dozens of different ICOs and I could see what made the successes and failures of these operations on the investor side.
Finally, I put at the disposal of startups my image, my social networks (Twitter - 35000 followers, Linkedin - 15000 followers) and my blog to promote the project and the operation, I also write articles for the French media to promote the projects that I accompany.
I am a technology enthusiast, the blockchain is my favorite subject for more than two years, I also intervene in the sectors of banking, finance and insurance as a consulting director and architect.
